Ensuring Our Customers Soar: 3 Ways Microdrones Helps Users Succeed


Microdrones may offer the best UAV mapping solutions on the market, but if our users don’t succeed, we don’t succeed. Drone use is a completely new practice for most of the customers we work with. Nearly every single client is learning as they go. We know that it is critical that we support them — and we’re dedicated to offering our assistance every step of the way.

There are lots of ways that Microdrones supports our customers. Below are three of the most significant ones:

1. mdAcademy Training: Get Off the Ground Right
This training includes classroom education to gain in-depth knowledge about systems and safety, field training to learn to fly, mdCockpit software training to learn to plan, monitor, and analyze missions, and more hands-on field instruction on flying with specific payloads.

To get our customers started, we offer our mdAcademy training program.

This training includes classroom education to gain in-depth knowledge about systems and safety, field training to learn to fly, mdCockpit software training to learn to plan, monitor, and analyze missions, and more hands-on field instruction on flying with specific payloads.

Once this training is complete, users can take additional training on more advanced payloads like direct georeferencing and LiDAR. They can also take our Train the Trainer course, developed to prepare you to teach others to use Microdrones systems.

To contact the Microdrones technical support team, simply fill out a support ticket in the Clients Only section of the Microdrones website. Because we have service staff around the globe, we are very responsive and able to offer quick support for our customers.
