Microdrones is seeking a talented Android Developer to participate in the development of our business applications for Windows. The Developer will be part of a multidisciplinary, dynamic and motivated agile team.

  • You monitor closely technological developments and you keep abreast of good practices
  • You attach great value to teamwork (advice, code reviews, etc.) and you can work with minimal supervision
  • You can successfully complete small projects
  • You know how to organize and prioritize your tasks
  • You don’t strive to reinvent the wheel and believe in the open-source philosophy
  • At least 3 years of experience with Android SDK
  • At least 5 years of experience with Java
  • Proficiency with Object-Oriented Programming
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles
  • Experience in refactoring existing code
  • Comfortable to Implement unit tests
  • Knowledge of Git for version management
  • Asset: Understanding of MVP or MVVM patterns
  • Asset: Experience with REST HTTP API
  • Asset: Experience with RxJava, OkHttp or Retrofit, Dagger2
  • Asset: experience with hardware communication (Bluetooth, series, etc.)
