Lead Customer Support team responsible for a specific Region
Lead small team to ensure customer focus in all tasks
Ensure all assigned customer support tasks are completed
Coordinate with other regions as required
Report to Customer Support Manager
Providing technical support to customers (main task)
Level 1 and 2 supportsupport
Phone and email support
Using and updating the online service ticket system
On-site technical support, short-duration travels may be required
Follow-up with customers
Education in a technical field or equivalent experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Fluent in English (French or Spanish is an asset)
UAV experience (hobbyist or professional) an asset
Technical Support experience an asset
Experience with electronics an asset
Travelling may be required
Availability to work evenings and week-ends occasionally
