  • Lead Customer Support team responsible for a specific Region
    • Lead small team to ensure customer focus in all tasks
    • Ensure all assigned customer support tasks are completed
    • Coordinate with other regions as required
    • Report to Customer Support Manager
  • Providing technical support to customers (main task)
    • Level 1 and 2 supportsupport
    • Phone and email support
    • Using and updating the online service ticket system
    • On-site technical support, short-duration travels may be required
    • Follow-up with customers
  • Customer focus
  • Education in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Technician
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English (French or Spanish is an asset)
  • UAV experience (hobbyist or professional) an asset
  • Autonomous
  • Team player
  • Technical Support experience an asset
  • Experience with electronics an asset
  • Travelling may be required
  • Availability to work evenings and week-ends occasionally
