Microdrones combines expertise in three domains: Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and image post-processing.  We offer integrated solutions that allow our customers to easily collect aerial data and process it to generate useful information.  Our solutions support various industries in making better decisions and optimizing their operations.

We design and manufacture small electrical UAVs. Our solutions combine UAVs, high-quality specialized sensors and automated post-processing platforms. Each solution is geared to address the tasks and challenges of each industry it is serving.

We are looking for an experienced technician with a strong interest in UAVs. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers in the Americas.  Operating UAVs as a hobbyist or professional pilot will be considered an advantage.  The candidate will work in collaboration with his colleagues in all regions (America and APAC)

Your TASKS:

Providing technical support to customers, including:

  • Level 1 and 2 support
  • Phone and email support
  • Using and updating the online service ticket system
  • On-site technical support, short-duration travels may be required
  • Follow-up with customers
  • small repairs and maintenance
YOUR Profile and Responsibilities:
  • Customer focus
  • Education in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • The second language preferred Spanish or Portuguese an asset
  • UAV experience (hobbyist or professional) an asset
  • Autonomous
  • Good team player
  • Technical Support experience an asset
  • Experience with electronics an asset
