We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Distribution Director for our Microdrones operations all over the world to join our Global Sales Team
Your goal is to to develop our distribution network in all countries defined as priority (list below) and to make sure these distributors will generate a regular revenue. You will report directly to our VP Global Sales.

YOUR TASKS and responsibilties:
Since this is a newly created position you will play a large role in shaping it and we expect you to be a hands on personality. Some of your missions will include:
Develop the distribution network of Microdrones by finding, selecting and appointing business partners in the following regions : Europe, Middle-East, Africa, Latin America, North America
Maximizing the sales of existing Microdrones distributors
Defining and implementing in coordination with VP, Global sales a distribution management policy
The priorirites in terms of development of our sales network will be :
Europe (France, DACH, Northern Europe, Middle-East, Africa, Latin America)
North America (USA, Canada)
Latin America : Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia
You will work in coordination with the regional sales managers and with the regional directors
You will be the primary contact of regional sales managers for all topics related to distribution (distribution management, monitoring of performance, set-up of localized strategies, decision of specific actions,…)
You will be responsible for all sales done through our distribution network and develop and implement the tools to improve the performance of our distribution partners (trainings, certifications, marketing activities, reporting,…)
Your success in this role will be measured on the revenue generated by our distribution network as well as on the growth generated by this channel.
YOUR profile and SKILLS:
Proven working experience in a comparable position
Long time experience with selling trough distribution networks and building and maintaining relationships with distributors
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Fluent in English
