The Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator will support and enhance purchasing, logistics, export controls, custom classification and shipping activities for Microdrones North America working with our teams and clients all over the world. The classification activities within Microdrones consist of different tasks to ensure customs and export control compliance with a focus on a correct and compliant classification process.

YOUR TASKS AND SKILLS:
You will perform purchasing (direct and indirect) related tasks like processing orders, documentation, sourcing of products, negotiation, and reporting.
You will perform customs and export control classification.
You will ensure corporate-wide compliance with all international customs and commerce laws.
You will make the function as the go-to person in case of classification related questions from the authorities or internal stakeholders.
You will support international imports and exports including filing and/or coordination of export declarations.
You will stimulate and establish good working relationships at different levels with relevant departments within Microdrones (for example Development & Engineering).
YOUR PROFILe AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
You have 3+ years of relevant experience in purchasing and logistics.
You have relevant (technical) experience in Customs and/or Export Controls Classification or Customs Broker's License is a plus.
You have experience working in a multidisciplinary environment and in multi-cultural teams
You have the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
You have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and project deadlines.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills for a multi-cultural work environment; English is a must; French is a plus.
