We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team to monitor the scrum processes and scrum meetings to increase our Software Team more efficiently. As an ideal candidate, you should ensure the Definition of Done being followed, gather feature requests, schedule releases and coordinates sprints. Your ability to identify user needs, to help the customer understand the business value and to manage product releases. Your effort to deliver the product is not just according to users, but the product that helps make our company vision reality.

Your TASKS and responsibilities:
  • Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
  • Coach and mentor the organization to use Agile/Scrum practices for increased collaboration and leaner processes
  • Guide development teams to remove impediments by finding the right interlocutor
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
  • Be the point of contact for internal and external communications of the product
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
YOUR Profile and SKILLS:
  • Proven working experience in scrum master role for at least one year in applying scrum principles, practices, and theory
  • Familiarity with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques (such as user stories, ATDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, agile games)
  • Good knowledge of project management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc…)
  • Attention to details, disciplined, active listener and creative thinker
  • Good knowledge of product management, experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
  • Overall understanding of technologies used in the drone industry is a PLUS
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in English and French
