General correspondence (German, English) and organization of accruing office work
Processing the inbox and outbox
Accounting support, primarily in the field of archiving
Visitor reception and organization
Order processing (orders, orders, invoices)
Organizational support of the individual departments
Master data maintenance in the ERP system
Creation of presentations and documents
Organization and planning of employee training, events and gifts
Preparation and follow-up of meetings and events
Travel organization and billing
You have successfully completed training in the field of office management, lawyer's / notary's assistant, or similar.
Good knowledge of office organization and office management is a matter of course for you
You are characterized by a structured, independent and conscientious way of working
You have a high level of motivation and enjoy working in a team
Your communicative nature is fundamentally characterized by friendliness, service and customer orientation
You can handle the entire MS Office package safely and quickly (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good command of spoken and written English as well as driving license class B complete your profile
