Join Kuker-Ranken and Microdrones for a LiDAR Flight Demonstration
Kuker-Ranken, a leading provider of architectural, engineering, construction, survey equipment, and supplies since 1928, will be conducting a live flight demonstration of the Microdrones mdLiDAR1000HR aaS, June 11th, from 10 am – 1 pm at the Henderson Equestrian Park North.
The Flight demonstration is being conducted in conjunction with Kuker-Ranken’s appearance at the 2021 World of Concrete June 8 – 10 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. At the Kuker-Ranken Live Demo Day, a light lunch will be provided for guests. The Henderson Equestrian Park North is located at 1350 Richard Bunker Ave. Henderson, NV 89015.
The Sundance Media Group AVOC (Aerial Vehicle Operations Center) for sUAS Operations will be on-site to assist with the flight demonstrations. The AVOC houses innovative technology and field equipment to provide additional on-site support for any sUAS mission including power by shore or generator, battery charging station, 2 computer systems for data processing, Cradlepoint WiFi access system, weather station/monitor, storage for UAVs, FoxFury lights, full first aid station and other safety equipment (vests, Hoodman landing pads, hard hats, etc.)
The all-new mdLiDAR1000HR aaS from Microdrones will be one of the main drone surveying equipment featured at the demonstration. The mdLiDAR1000HR aaS is the next generation of industry-leading drone Lidar from Microdrones, where the HR means high-resolution point clouds.
Aaron Beach, the Northwest regional manager for Microdrones will be at the flight demonstration. “This will be a fantastic opportunity to see our latest system and experience the Microdrones workflow of plan, fly, process and visualize,” Beach said. “The Henderson Equestrian Park has some steep grades and other interesting features that will demonstrate the density and increased coverage the mdLiDAR1000 HR can deliver.”
